Clubhouse Remodel

This remodel/addition of a 600-home community clubhouse updates an existing beloved facility originally designed by Robert Stern Architects. The goal here was to make improvements in comfort and function without losing the magic feeling of a communal living room. Our work included a remodel of the 5000sf structure plus an addition of easy-access pool restrooms facing the outdoor aquatics area. Mail service area, food service/bar area, locker rooms, restrooms, gathering spaces, pool, and tennis pro shop were all part of the facility improvement design.
