True Nature Center and Annex

Land+Shelter worked with the owners of a beloved wellness center in Carbondale Colorado on several projects over the years. We cherish our repeat customers and have been grateful for the opportunity to continue as a part of the evolution of True Nature. Our recent projects include a tea room addition and remodel of the retail space of the True Nature Center as well as an annex structure that houses much needed expansion space for the retail operations support. The annex is designed as a platform for a photovoltaic array that supports energy sustainability for the campus as a whole. The tilt and size of the array creates a natural lighting skylight for the annex as a whole. Minimal details hide the gutters and doors, so the building becomes background within a campus that already includes some star players.
