Convergence House

The Convergence House is Land+Shelter owner Andi Korber’s own home. This home makes the most of a pie shaped lot with a tricky acute angle. The home is a “V” in plan with the point of the “V” chamfered to make a face facing the street–and that face is opened by a welcoming glass porch. That means we can have it both ways–a very private and expansive outdoor living room, and a connection to the street from our kitchen. The V backyard court does a wonderful job of reflecting the sound of the ditch flowing through our backyard.
