Land + Shelter provided a unique personalized solution within the existing standards of River Valley Ranch design requirements. The residence harmonizes with the neighborhood while establishing it’s individuality.

The solution for this site creates a mini-compound including a residence, garage, and a separate wood working shop. The walk-out back patio provides additional space for entertaining and a place to take in the Colorado mountain skies. This residence takes a simple design and pushes it to shine in all the right places.
