In collaboration with our forward thinking client, Land + Shelter designed Lot 36 as a demonstration of a modern home for more sustainable living. It has set the bar for all of our future projects. The home will score 340 points, over 4 times the required score for certification, in the Built Green program which measures building excellence and energy efficiency. It also has integrated photovoltaic and solar hot water systems as an amenity for a house built for the speculative real estate market. We look forward to meeting the future owners. |
