Missouri Heights Equestrian

A private, state-of-the-art riding facility in Missouri Heights, outside of Aspen, Colorado. The 68,000 square foot, pre-engineered steel structure includes stables surrounding an indoor riding arena on three sides. The forty-one stall facility includes a well appointed viewing room, tack rooms, offices, veterinary services, farriers facilities, feed, and laundry spaces.

Property improvements also included new paddocks, an outdoor riding arena, an equipment garage and a new hay barn.
Land+Shelter oversaw the compound development with a complete set of services from conceptual design through construction administration and on to our current ongoing property management. We continue to perform property management services today, which allows us the opportunity to deeply understand the day to day needs of the facility.
